Last year, i met this bright man in his office. At the doorstep, i saw this picture and my heart is a little bit stop beating. I never saw this picture before. It was President Soekarno in action, teaching 5 syllables of a-i-u-e-o. In front of him is a microphone, seemd like the most used and magic tool in his life. A tool that transmitted his great minds and barriton's voice to all over the world, esp to his lovely citizen of Indonesia. In the back is a backdrop of "Usaha Pemberantasan Buta Huruf". This bright man is Anies Baswedan. He explained to me about his future project called Indonesia Mengajar. He asked me to give input to this great program.
I think Anies is one of the potential leader for this country. He is not only smart, but also elegant in expressing his idea or critics. He is never been too sarcasm, or too polite. he is just proportional and academical. His writings in newspaper is different, yet bright.
